Awarded 2nd Place (Best Surveyor) in the 2025 DKI Jakarta Provincial Housing Database Survey, a collaborative program between BINUS University and the Government of DKI Jakarta. Successfully conducted field surveys and data validation for 878 residential buildings across Palmerah and Tanjung Duren Subdistricts, utilizing ArcGIS software for spatial mapping and housing condition analysis.
Developed comprehensive AutoCAD drawings for a two-storey residential house, covering architectural layouts, structural systems, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) designs, ensuring technical coordination and constructability.


Prepared an integrated construction schedule and Cost Budget Plan (RAB) for a residential development project in Cikarang using Microsoft Project, enabling effective time–cost coordination and ensuring realistic and measurable project planning.
Developed a comprehensive bridge structural model and performed detailed analyses including load capacity evaluation, deflection control, vibration mode analysis, and structural system behavior, under SNI-compliant load combinations, ensuring full compliance with applicable SNI standards.


Performed hydrologic analysis using HEC-HMS to support drainage and channel design, including watershed delineation, flow path (routing) analysis, rainfall–runoff modeling, and peak discharge estimation for hydraulic infrastructure planning.
Performed river hydraulic analysis to support river channel design and evaluation, including geometry modeling, steady/unsteady flow simulation, water surface profile analysis, flood level (HFL) determination for river systems.


Managed external communications relations with Astra Property, HIMTES, and the Institution of Civil Engineers. Led the Public Relations division, coordinated meetings, cooperate with judges, and outreach campaigns to attract participants. Successfully attracted ~500 participants across competitions and seminars, achieving event targets and strengthening industry collaboration.
